The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the EMMC doctors, nurses and staff on the cardiac floor along with Dr. Van Kirk and the palliative care team. Your care and patience during these difficult months will always be remembered. To all the doctors, nurses and staff at Ross Manor, you made this transition in the last season of our Mom’s life one that was filled with comfort, compassion and understanding not only for our precious Mother but also for our family during this very difficult time. To Dr. Nancy O’Neill, under your care, our Mom felt blessed and at peace knowing she was getting the very best care from a trusted old friend and was thankful that circumstances brought patient and doctor back together for her final years on earth.
