LINNEUS – Nancy Lee Ray, 81, passed away Jan. 7, 2015, at her home. She was born March 3, 1933, at Auburn, the daughter of Everett E. and Lovinius (Abbott) Ray.
Nancy loved going out to eat, shopping and watching “Little House on the Prairie.” Over the years Nancy lived in Pownal, the Presque Isle area and Houlton. She was a very caring person and loved those items belonging to her.
A special thank you to all her special friends and staff over the years, the most recently being the staff and residents of the Bangor Road Home.
Nancy is survived by a special friend, Sherry Bell of Bristol, TN; her caregivers and housemates at the Bangor Road Home.
Funeral services were held Monday, Jan. 12, 2015, with Rev. Randall Burns officiating. Spring interment will be held at the Linneus Cemetery.
