CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the District Court in Caribou in January.
Bobby L. Begin, 30, Limestone: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
Vanessa Bevans, 21, Caribou: operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.
Kyle Burch, 21, Caribou: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.
Larry D. Campbell, 58, Caswell: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
Jerry B. Clavette, 23, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail and $1,030.47 restitution; failing to stop, provide information, $250 fine and 30-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; and violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail.
Richard Daigle Jr., 51, Caribou: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 10 days in jail (each), $30 restitution (first) and $137.93 restitution (second).
Clair A. Doody, 29, Woodland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 10 days in jail (first) and 20 days in jail (second).
Eric Flaherty, 45, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine, four months in jail, all but 20 days suspended, one-year administrative release sentence and 150-day license suspension; loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $300 fine; and discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling, violating condition of release and hunting with firearms/crossbow without hunter orange, dismissed (each).
Tammy Gough, 39, Caribou: keeping unlicensed dog, $50 fine.
Philip D. Green Jr., 41, Woodland: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior (two counts), failing to stop all-terrain vehicle, operating ATV on land of another without permission (two counts), operating ATV with prohibited equipment, ATV operator failing to yield right-of-way, operating ATV within 200 feet of building, improper ATV noise and fire control devices, unlawfully permitting operation of ATV, and operating ATV on public way (three counts), dismissed (each); and violating condition of release, (two counts), 30 days in jail (each).
Matthew B. Guzman, 24, Caribou: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed.
Tina Hobbs, 42, Limestone: assault, $300 fine.
Austin Ireland, 20, Ashland: OUI, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Brandon M. Jalbert, 24, Limestone: obstructing report of crime, dismissed; and domestic violence assault, 120 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended, and two years’ probation.
Chelsea Labreck, 18, Caswell: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
Anthony P. Mazerolle, 32, Caribou: operating truck or passing vehicle on ATV trail, $100 fine.
Steven McKenney, 24, Caribou: failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Gregory Moors, 29, Perham: violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
Ricky Ouellette, 55, Frenchville: violating condition of release, five days in jail.
Mark C. Parks, 26, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed with unspecified costs.
Matthew R. Perreault, 34, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 72 hours in jail; criminal mischief, 72 hours in jail and $150 restitution; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $100 fine; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
Seth Plante, 25, Stockholm, OUI, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Derrell Richardson, 47, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; and OUI, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Steven V. Shola, 21, Caribou: endangering the welfare of a child, $250 fine.
John L. Smith, 39, Limestone: illegally placing bear bait, filed with unspecified costs.
Jeffrey R. Thibodeau Jr., 38, Machiasport: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail.
