CARIBOU, Maine & HOLLYWOOD, Calif. – Candice Joanne Hincks passed away peacefully, with family by her side, in Burbank, CA, on January 11, 2017.

A funeral/memorial service is scheduled for 3 p.m., Saturday, February 11, 2017, at the Hollywood Forever Cathedral Mausoleum, 6000 Santa Monica Blvd, Hollywood, CA. Immediately following the service, there will be a Celebration of Life. Candice, who was also fondly known by family and others as Candy or C.J. or Nini, was born in Caribou, ME, on November 20, 1947.

As a young teenager, she and her family migrated out West, to eventually settle in the state of Washington. As a young adult in the early ‘ 70s, she decided to head south, with her sparkling eyes set on the excitement of bustling Hollywood. Throughout her life in the L.A. area, she enjoyed keeping very busy in various acting gigs, both on screen and live at the theater. Most recently, she had been heavily involved in the Cabaret scene, where she could act and sing to her heart’s desire. She was an inspiration to many, epitomizing the definition of a free spirit.

She will be missed more than these words can say.
