CARIBOU, Maine — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of October, 2017.
Melissa R. O’Neill, 36, Washburn: probation violation, 16 months in prison, probation revoked; probation violation, 10 months in prison, probation revoked.
Paul A. Wasson, 26, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, $500 fine, three days in jail, $2,996.33 restitution.
Adriel Baez, 24, Limestone: probation violation, 16 months in prison, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Shawn M. Plourde, 30, Caribou: criminal invasion of computer privacy, unconditional discharge.
Susan E. Tucker, 47, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four years in prison all but eight months suspended, two years’ probation, $44,441.95 restitution.
Debra Ann Brown, 56, Brewer: probation violation, three months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Joseph Monahan, 32, Castle Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 11 months in prison all but 38 days suspended, one year probation, $1,353 restitution; domestic violence reckless conduct, 11 months in prison all suspended, one year probation, $1,353 restitution.
Michael W. Daigle, 53, Bangor: reckless conduct, $1,000 fine.
Eric M. Totten, 30, Houlton: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked.
James C. Boyce, 34, Houlton: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Reginald J. Dobbins II, 21, Houlton: murder, 65 years in prison.
Bruce King, 38, Houlton: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
