PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Presque Isle Courthouse during the month of November.

    Justin T. Caron, 30, Ashland: probation violation, probation revoked.

    Nickolas A. Robbins McMahan, 31, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 50 days in jail, probation revoked.

    Bonnie L. Sarmiento, 58, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, two years in prison; violating condition of release, six months in jail.

    Joshua Richard Clayton, 33, Mapleton: unlawful sexual contact, dismissed.

    Neil C. Gahagan, 35, Fort Fairfield: operating after habitual offender revocation, three priors, $1000 fine, two years in prison; motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, 60 days in prison.

    Wendy Bartley, 44, Presque Isle: criminal mischief (four counts), $100 fine (each); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (four counts), dismissed.

    Quinn Harvey, 37, Mapleton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, five days in jail; failing to give correct name, address or DOB, five days in jail.

    Neil C. Gahagan, 35, Fort Fairfield: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 364 days in prison; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
