SAD 29 menu – Week of January 22, 2020

Breakfast for all Schools

Breakfast is served with multi-grain reduced-sugar cereal, Wowbutter/jelly, assorted fruit juice and 1% and skim milk.

Wednesday, Jan. 22  —  Cinnamon rolls, yogurt, fresh assorted fruit.

Thursday,  Jan. 23 — Fruited wheat muffin, fresh assorted fruit.

Friday,  Jan. 24 — Maple oatmeal, toasted oatmeal bread, fresh fruit cup.

Monday, Jan. 27 — Flapjacks, yogurt, chilled fruit.

Tuesday,  Jan. 28 — Waffle, cottage cheese, fresh fruit cup. 

Wednesday, Jan. 29 — Whole-wheat donut, yogurt.

SAD 29 Elementary/Southside Lunch

All lunch served with Wowbutter/jelly or cheese sandwich, milk, fresh assorted fruit, chilled fruit and condiments.

Wednesday, Jan. 22  —  Chicken burger with whole-wheat bun, raw cucumber, celery sticks.

Thursday,  Jan. 23 — Turkey roast, oatmeal brown rolls, Maine mashed potato, summer squash, stuffing, chicken gravy, cranberry sauce.

Friday,  Jan. 24— Pizza burger on a roll, Shire taco salad, garbanzo beans.

Monday, Jan. 27 — Barbecue pulled pork on whole-wheat bun, carrots, cole slaw.

Tuesday,  Jan. 28 — Shepherd’s pie, wheat roll, baby carrots, green beans and cheese sauce.  

Wednesday, Jan. 29 — Chicken burger on whole-wheat bun, french fries, garden salad.

SAD 29 Jr./Sr. High School Lunch

Lunch is served with option of assorted pizzas, chicken burger on roll, peanut butter/jelly or cheese sandwich, salad bar, variety of fresh fruits, milk and condiments.

Wednesday, Jan. 22  —  Turkey and cheese hard hat, salad bar, chicken noodle soup.

Thursday,  Jan. 23 — Turkey roast, oatmeal brown rolls, salad bar, Maine mashed potato, chicken gravy, summer squash, cranberry sauce.

Friday,  Jan. 24— Chicken and cheese sub, chef salad, salad bar.

Monday, Jan. 27 — Barbecue pulled pork on whole-wheat bun, salad bar, cole slaw.

Tuesday,  Jan. 28 — Shepherd’s pie, wheat rolls, salad bar, steamed broccoli and cheese.  

Wednesday, Jan. 29 — EARLY RELEASE – Chicken burger, pizza choices, salad bar.
