HOULTON, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Houlton Courthouse during the month of September.

Staci A. Hutchins, 33, Houlton: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation continued. 

  Robert C. Wright III, 36, Houlton: burglary, 5 years in prison all but 18 months suspended, 3 years probation, $13,000 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 2 counts, 6 months in jail each; theft by receiving stolen property, 2 counts, 6 months in jail each; illegal possession of firearm, 6 months in jail. 

James R. Grant, 25, Houlton: probation violation, 5 months in jail, probation revoked. 

Kyle Stevens, 32, Houlton: violating condition of release, probation partially revoked. 

Anthony P. Gonya, 53, Houlton: illegal possession of firearm, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; unlawful possession of methamphetamine, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 2 counts, 90 days in jail, probation revoked, 5 days in jail, $400 fine. 

Mark Matthews, 38, Houlton: probation violation, 20 days in jail, probation partially revoked. 

Michael Malone, 53, Orient: theft by receiving stolen property, 175 days in jail; criminal simulation, 175 days in jail. 

Jeremiah A. Drew, 30, Mount Chase: domestic violence reckless conduct, priors, 2 counts (1 count dismissed), 180 days in jail all suspended, 1 year probation; reckless conduct, 2 counts (1 count dismissed), 180 days in jail, 1 year probation; criminal threatening, 2 counts (1 count dismissed), 180 days in jail, all suspended, 1 year probation; driving to endanger, dismissed; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed.

Kevin Cummings, 28, Houlton: aggravated cruelty to animals, 9 months in jail.

Tiffany D. White, 31, New Market, NH: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine. 

Ashley A. Estabrook, 34, Monticello: failure to register vehicle, fine $200. 

Robert C. Wright III, 36, Houlton: unlawful possession of methamphetamine, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Frederick R. Whitney Jr., 48, Patten: operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, 1 prior, 12 days in jail, license suspended 3 years, registration suspended, $700 fine; failing to stop for officer, 5 days in jail; operating vehicle without license – conditions or restrictions, 5 days in jail.

Robert C. Wright III, 36, Houlton: burglary, 18 months in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 6 months in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

Betty Jean Cottle, 31, Houlton: criminal trespass, 60 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail.
