CARIBOU, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse in August.

Warren York, 50, Mapleton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; attaching false plates, filed on $100 costs; displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $100 fine. 

Carla Rae Martin, 56, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, unconditional discharge. 

Jonathan Emmert, 23, Caribou: probation violation, 120 days in jail, probation partially revoked; probation continued.

Stephanie Paul, 39, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Dan Edgecomb, 44, Mapleton: operating under the influence (alcohol), license suspended for 150 days, $500 fine; failing to make oral or written accident report, $250 fine.

Dylan P. Flewelling, 30, Houlton: domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail.

Stephanie Paul, 39, Caribou: unlawful possession of methamphetamine, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 30 days in jail, $400 fine.

Jacob Paul, 18, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $150 costs. 

Robert S. Gilliam, 34, Caribou: unlawful possession of fentanyl powder, dismissed. 

Stephanie Paul, 39, Caribou: violating condition of release, unconditional discharge. 

Owen C. Harris, 38, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed on $250 costs.

Brandon Adams, 27, Connor Township: assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine. 

Dylan P. Flewelling, 30, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 6 months in jail; violating protection from abuse order, 6 months in jail, violating condition of release, 6 months in jail.

Carla Rae Martin, 56, Caribou: violating condition of release, $100 fine.

Chantal G. Dumais, 23, Van Buren: operating under the influence (alcohol), filed without costs.

Brandon A, Donovan, 25, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; violating condition of release, $100 fine.

Mark S. Kaufman, 42, Caribou: harassment by telephone, $700 fine.

Jennifer Gilbert, 32, Woodland: operating vehicle without license, filed on $100 costs. 

Carla Rae Martin, 56, Caribou: violating condition of release, $100 fine. 

Justin Nicolas Adams, 30, Caribou: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed. 

Donald Duplessis, Jr., 56, Grand Isle: domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed; terrorizing, dismissed. 

Jerred Morrow, 20, Caribou: criminal trespass, 30 days in jail, $200 fine. 

Kevin Stephen Croman, 55, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, dismissed. 

Kjersti A Gustafson, 38, Caribou: theft by deception, $140 restitution, $200 fine. 

Dylan P. Flewelling, 30, Houlton: domestic violence stalking, 6 months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 3 years in prison, all but 6 months suspended, 2 years probation; violating condition of release, 6 months in jail; violating protection from abuse order, 6 months in jail.

Justin L. Steggall, 25, Van Buren: OUI (alcohol), license suspended for 150 days, $500 fine. 

Jerred Morrow, 20, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked – OUI, 7 days in jail, license suspended for 1 year, $600 fine; violating condition of release, 7 days in jail.

Jerred Morrow, 20, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $145.93 restitution, $200 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 30 days in jail, $400 fine; violating condition of release, 7 days in jail, $250 fine. 

Stephan Alan Lesuer Jr., 41, New Sweden: burning prohibited material, $200 fine.

Jeffrey Sarmiento, 34, Woodland: dissemination of sexually explicit material, 5 years in prison, all suspended, 2 years probation; possession of sexually explicit material of minor under age 12, dismissed. 

Jessica Green, 31, Caribou: cruelty to animals, 1 year probation, $803.50 restitution, $500 fine. 

Kevin L. Monroe, 31, Caribou: cruelty to animals, 30 days in jail, all suspended, 1 year probation, $803.50 restitution, $500 fine.

Javier Balboa Martinez, 55, Caribou: operating vehicle without license, $25 fine. 

Clifford A. Shaw, 36, Limestone: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), 7 days in jail, $400 fine (each); violating condition of release, 7 days in jail. 

Mark A. Skiver, 62, Caribou: criminal trespass, 24 hours in jail. 

Jerred Morrow, 20, Caribou: burglary of motor vehicle, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 30 days in jail, $400 fine; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

Washington Nosagie J. Igbinoba, 20, Caribou: minor in possession of liquor, $250 fine.

Daniel R. Bouchard, 42, New Limerick: probation violation (two counts), 75 days in jail, probation partially revoked (each).
