Houlton Police log – July 16 -22, 2021

Editor’s Note: An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.

HOULTON, Maine — The Houlton Police Department recently changed its software system for cataloging incidents that officers respond to. Because of this change, the department was not able to provide its regular police reports to the newspaper starting in mid-May.
