Caribou Criminal Docket, May 2021

CARIBOU, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse in May.

Kimberly R. Cullinan, 52, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,040 restitution.

 Jacob Daher, 34, Washburn: domestic violence assault, dismissed; obstructing report of a crime, dismissed; endangering the welfare of a child, dismissed.  

Kyle Thibodeau, 39, Washburn: domestic violence assault, dismissed; obstructing report of a crime, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine. 

Brian J. Maynard, 28, Castle Hill: operating under the influence (drugs or combo), dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed. 

Kurtis W. Madore, 32, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, dismissed; criminal trespass, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed. 

Matthew C. McGlinn, 33, Caribou: domestic violence criminal threatening (two counts), dismissed (first), 90 days in jail, all suspended, 6 months administrative release sentence, $1,500 fine (second). 

Dustin MacDougal, 26, Limestone: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.

Eric M. Beckwith, 44, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine. 

Isaiah Johnson, 41, Limestone: robbery, dismissed; burglary, 5 years in prison; aggravated assault, dismissed.

Isaiah Johnson, 41, Limestone: eluding an officer, 2 years in prison; driving to endanger, dismissed; operating vehicle without license, dismissed.

Chad Peterson, 29, Warren: violating protection from abuse order, 364 days in prison, all but 182 days suspended, 2 years probation.

James R. King, 51, Caribou: violating condition of release, $250 fine.

David L. Neal, 34, Porter: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 25 days in jail.

Brian J. Cyr, 40, Caribou: unlawful possession of heroin, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Britteny N. Finley, 33, Frenchville: eluding an officer, dismissed; driving to endanger, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusal to stop, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Derek R. Bosse, 35, Limestone: violating protection from abuse order, $250 fine; violating condition of release, $500 fine. 

Ashley Conley, 36, Mars Hill: failure to register vehicle, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Timothy L. Philbrick, 28, Easton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), 30 days in jail, $400 fine (each).

Nicholas J. Pignatiello, 30, Ward: domestic violence assault, dismissed; violating protection from abuse order,  $1,000 fine; criminal mischief, dismissed.

James A. Heald, 62, Litchfield: wasting a wild bird or wild animal, filed withouts costs.

Christopher Wayne Bouchard, 35, Van Buren: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine. 

Chad Peterson, 29, Warren: violating protection from abuse order,  $500 fine.

Lendal Philip Mills, Jr., 56, Washburn: violating condition of release, $250 fine. 

Neal J. Griffeth, 57, Caribou: operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, dismissed; OUI (alcohol), license suspended for 150 days, $1,500 fine. 

Andrew Geer, 22, Caribou: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

Amy L. Bouchard, 38, Caribou: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

Brian J. Maynard, 28, Castle Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Daniel J. Bell, 39, Cumberland: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed. 

Riley R. Parady, 27, Fort Fairfield: attaching false plates, $150 fine. 

Francis Bell, 51, Limestone: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

Rudolph St. Peter, 71, Sinclair: using unlawful implements, dismissed. 

Eric M. Beckwith, 45, Caribou: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Braton Mancos, 22, Caribou: cruelty to animals, $500 fine. 

Joey E. Thibodeau, 50, Caribou: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine. 

Rudolph St. Peter, 71, Sinclair: unattended lines, $100 fine.
