To the editor:
What on earth ever happened to my Mom and Dad’s Democratic Party of the 1950s and ’60s?
Those were the days when people believed in God, days when Democrats were the party of the working men and women and the GOP was labeled “party of the rich.” Dems were the party of Sunday morning churchgoers and living lives of charity, support and cleanliness.
Today, the Democrats support killing babies as they exit the womb, legalizing marriage of homosexuals, supporting transgender operations even for children, and lying to the world [to] retain the Oval Office.
Democrats have now claimed sole ownership of the barrel bottom. I claim not that the GOP is without sin, but I do claim that Mom and Dad’s political party is no longer.
