     Morris Bragdon, 31, of Washburn, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked. First charge fined $500, 48 hours in jail and license suspended 365 days. Second charge fined $250.
    Nathan Brewer, 26, of Chapman, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate. Fined $250 and 50 hours community service.
    James D. Brooks, 49, of Presque Isle, criminal mischief. Fined $200.
    Diana M. Cameron, 44, of Woodland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Fined $200.
    Sandy J. Campbell-Dyer, 47, of Presque Isle, failure to pay handicapped parking ticket. Fined $150.
    Tracy Caron, 30, of Fort Kent, assault. Filed at costs of $250.
    David E. Cater, 68, of Raleigh, N.C., rule violation: operating after disqualified. Fined $500.
    Martin K. Chambers, 45, of Fort Fairfield, violating condition of release. Fined $200 and 48 hours in jail.
    Eric K. Charette, 23, of Presque Isle, criminal trespass. Fined $300, 48 hours in jail (stayed) and $100 restitution.
    Darrell Anthony Clement, 42, of Caribou, OUI. Fined $500, 48 hours in jail (stayed) and license suspended 90 days.
    Corey D. Collins, 18, of Presque Isle, sale and use of drug paraphernalia. Fined $300.
    Amy R. Condon, 22, of Presque Isle, OUI. Fined $500, 48 hours in jail (stayed) and license suspended 90 days.
    Eric M. Condon, 20, of Presque Isle, minor possessing liquor. Fined $200.
    Alcide J. Cote, 29, of Presque Isle, failure to stop and provide information. Fined $400.

    Jeffrey E. Curtis, Jr., 21, of Castle Hill, operating while license suspended or revoked. Fined $250.

    Stephen D. Davenport, 19, of Presque Isle, failure to operate an ATV at a prudent speed and operating an ATV on a public way. First charge dismissed. Second charge fined $100.
