PRESQUE ISLE, Maine – On Tuesday, Feb. 6, The Aroostook Medical Center will be holding a blood drive from noon until 6 p.m. at A.R. Gould Memorial Hospital in Presque Isle. Walk ins are welcome, but to save time, call 768-4032 to set up an appointment. All donors will receive refreshments and a free gift.
Blood donation is a special gift because human blood can’t be created in a laboratory – it is only available because people donate. The process doesn’t take much time, and it’s a really easy way to make a difference.
