ORONO, Maine – The University of Maine dean’s list for the 2006 fall semester includes the names of students from Maine, as well as 37 other states and 19 foreign countries.
A total of 2,625 students earned dean’s list honors from UMaine’s eight colleges. Of the students who made the dean’s list, 267 are from out of state, 2,237 are from Maine and 121 are from foreign countries.

FORT KENT, Maine – Several local students were among 276 University of Maine at Fort Kent undergraduates who have attained the dean’s list for the fall 2006 semester.
Students attaining the honor must be degree candidates, enrolled as a full-time student, and must maintain a 3.25 grade point average on a 4.0 scale for the semester. Included on the dean’s list are 39 students who attained a perfect 4.0 average.
Area students making the grade at UMFK include: Megan Pryor of Bridgewater; Lacey Clark, Deanna Jordan and Kyle Theriault, all of Caribou; Randi St. Peter of Cross Lake; Kelcey Bouchard, Katie Jandreau, Donna Parent, Derek Pelletier and Claire Saucier of Eagle Lake; Andrew Brown and Jonathan Harbison, both of Houlton; Louise Philbrick and Traci Weatherhead, both of Limestone; Brian Korhonen of Littleton; Arlie Wiggins of Mars Hill; and John Blanchette and Joshua Doucette, both of New Sweden.
