Everett, of Seventh Street, died Saturday, February 24, 2007 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence, RI. Born August 10, 1925, he was the son of the late T. Earle and Lela (Movers) Everett.
He was the husband of Sylvia (Zaplitny) Everett whom he married April 18, 1960. They lived in Providence, RI for nearly 50 years. Mr. Everett worked as a bank examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank, Boston for 25 years until his retirement in 1987. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife, Sylvia; two brothers, Eugene Everett of Maryland and Ronald Everett of Virginia; and his sister, Marjorie Bishop of Presque Isle.
Visitation was held 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 28 at Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket, RI with services at 10:30 a.m. and burial at Union Cemetery, Smithfield Road, North Smithfield, RI.
