    Theodore D. Criscuolo, Jr., 34, of Hamden, Conn., driving deer. Fined $200.
     Ronald W. Crouse, 35, of Fort Fairfield, assault. Fined $300, 60 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended and two years probation.
    Christopher Cyr, 28, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked and sale and use of drug paraphernalia. First charge fined $250. Second charge fined $300.
    Seth-Michael P. Dailey, 22, of Presque Isle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Fined $250 and $4.64 restitution.
    David R. Deschesne, 38, of Presque Isle, operating a vehicle without a license. Fined $150.
    Desiree Deveau, 19, of Presque Isle, operating a vehicle without a license. Fined $200.
    George J. Dionne, 23, of Fort Fairfield, possessing firearm near school. Fined $150.
    Nicholas B. Donovan, 27, of Easton, operating after registration suspended. Fined $300.
    Joshua Doughty, 22, of Presque Isle, harassment by telephone. Sixty hours community service.
    Michael R. Doughty, 32, of Easton, procuring liquor for a minor. Fined $200.
    Sean F. Eastman, 31, of Bucksport, rule violation: operating without a medical certificate. Fined $100.
    Ronnie L. Espling, 34, of Mapleton, operating an unregistered ATV. Fined $100.
    Justin Faulkner, 19, of Mars Hill, assault. Dismissed.
    Adam Forsee, 31, of Portland, Tenn., illegal transportation of animal or bird. Fined $100.
    Michel Gagnon, 61, of St. Emile, N.B., violation of rule deer permit. Fined $200.
    Richard P. Getchell, 35, of Mapleton, violation of rule deer permit. Fined $500.
    Jason Z. Goodblood, 21, of Presque Isle, assault and criminal mischief. First charge 90 days in jail with all but 15 days suspended and two years probation. Second charge five days in jail.
    Whitney R. Graham, 24, of Mars Hill, transportation of drugs by a minor. Fined $100 and license suspended 30 days.
    Steven Graves, 19, of Fort Fairfield, terrorizing, assault and disorderly conduct. First and second charges dismissed. Third charge fined $300.
    Norman E. Hall III, 33, of Westfield, violating protective order and violating condition of release. Sentenced to 10 days in jail on each charge.
    Ashley L. Hallett, 25, of Presque Isle, attaching false plates. Fined $100.
    Peter R. Hughes, 47, of Hampden, operating/permitting to operating with no identification or validation displayed. Dismissed.
    Mark Huston, 48, of Crouseville, two counts of criminal trespass, two counts of invasion of computer privacy, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief. Fined $600 on each charge with five fines suspended.
    Adam Jalbert, 18, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked and sale and use of drug paraphernalia. First charge fined $250. Second charge fined $300.
    Kurt A. Jalbert, 25, of Presque Isle, OUI. Fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.
    Rhonda Marie Lavoie, 58, of Presque Isle, assault. Filed at costs of $200.
    Eddie L. Lilley, Jr., 24, of Ashland, criminal trespass. Fined $200.
    Brad R. Maynard, 19, of Mapleton, sale and use of drug paraphernalia. Fined $300.
    Michael G. McDougal, 22, of Presque isle, violating condition of release. Four days in jail.
    Lorraine N. Michaud, 38 of Easton, assault, violating condition of release and permitting unlawful use. First charge 100 hours community service. Second and third charges 50 hours community service on each charge.
    Keith W. Mitchell, Sr., 35, of Sherman, possession antlerless deer. Fined $200.
    John W. Morton, 64, of Madison, Conn., driving deer. Fined $200.
    Samantha Mullen, 25, of Presque Isle, failure to register a vehicle. Fined $100.
    William F. Ofria, 32, of Presque Isle, violating condition of release. Fined $400 and 50 hours community service.
    Timothy J. O’Neill, 19, of Ellsworth, loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle. Fined $100.
    Marianne Paul, 19, of Presque Isle, minor possessing liquor. Fined $200.
    Jeffrey Pease, 35, of Union, false registration of moose. Fined $100.
    Michelle M. Pelletier, 29, of Perham, operating under the influence. Fined $500, 48 hours in jail and license suspended 90 days.
    Katherine E. Pictou, 25, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked. Dismissed.
    Adrienne M. Reed, 22, of Fort Fairfield, OUI. Fined $500, 48 hours in jail (stayed) and license suspended 90 days.
    Linda Richards, 57, of Fort Fairfield, protective order from harassment violation and violating condition of release. Twenty-four hours in jail on each charge.
    Randy E. Robbins, 47, of Mapleton, two counts of violating condition of release and three counts of violating a protective order. First charge 48 hours in jail. Second charge 12 hours in jail. Third charge dismissed. Fourth charge fined $300. Fifth charge fined $300 and 12 hours in jail.
    Lisa M. Rubin, 41, of Portage, operating without safety equipment. Fined $100.
    Matthew L. Saucier, 22, of Presque Isle, failure to stop, remain and provide information. Fined $400 and license suspended 30 days.
    Clifford Shaw, 23, of Caribou, littering. Fined $100.
    James E. Sirois, 34, of Presque Isle, OUI. Fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

    Ashley Sock, 23, of Presque Isle, two counts of assault. Fined $300 on each charge.
    Justice A. Spell, 20, of Bridgewater, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. First charge fined $300. Second charge fined $200.
    Robert D. Spencer, 51, of Caribou, negotiating a worthless instrument. Fined $300 and $312.54 restitution.
    Julie St. Thomas, 31, of Presque Isle, operating a vehicle without a license. Fined $250.
    William M. Sullivan, 19, of Presque Isle, theft by unauthorized use of property. Fined $200 and $939.99 restitution.
    Frederick E. Tardie, 41, of Taunton, Mass., hunting with firearms/crossbow without hunter orange. Fined $100.
    Joey Tardif, 39, of East Township, probation violation. Ten days in jail (stayed), probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Maurice Tardy, 70, of Presque Isle, littering. Fined $50.
    Eric R. Thibodeau, 18, of Washburn, minor possessing liquor. Fined $200.
    Kevin Thibodeau, 24, of Presque Isle, sale or furnishing tobacco to a minor. Fined $100.
    Todd A. Tompkins, 43, of Easton, OUI. Fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.
    Jeremy Trotter, 20, of Presque Isle, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts of forgery, two counts of theft by receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana and minor possessing liquor. First four charges 60 days in jail each (stayed). First charge, $215 restitution. Second charge $335 restitution. Fifth and sixth charges dismissed. Seventh charge find $350. Eighth charge fined $200.
    Michael H. Venuti, 45, of Killingworth, Conn., driving deer. Fined $200.
    Jonell E. Walsh, 27, of Presque Isle, operating while license suspended or revoked (prior conviction). Fined $500.
    Richard F. Wark, Jr., 28, of Presque Isle, violating condition of release. Thirty days in jail.
    Gerald M. Whitcomb, 51, of Brooks, failure to visit traps in unorganized town. Fined $150.
    Mark Whitmore, 46, of Presque Isle, disorderly conduct. Three days in jail.
    Christopher Winship, 19, of Presque Isle, minor possessing liquor. Fined $600 and 50 hours community service.
