WENHAM, MASS. – Jillian Carter, daughter of Mark and Debbie Carter of Presque Isle, recently received a bachelor’s degree in history from Gordon College.
Jillian is currently working for the North Shore Education Consortium in Beverly with students who have special needs.
Jillian is a 2003 graduate of Presque Isle High School.
