Area resident named to Dean’s List

     BIDDEFORD/PORTLAND, Maine – Taylor M. Hovey, son of Mark and Luanne Hovey of Presque Isle, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2007 spring semester at the University of New England. Dean’s list students have attained a grade point average of 3.30 or better out of a possible 4.0 at the end of the semester. A 2006 graduate of Presque Isle High School, Hovey is a major in occupational therapy. He is also employed part-time at Verrill Dean Attorneys at Law in Portland.
