York County lawmaker supports Lundeen

To the editor:
    Jackie Lundeen is not one of the good old boys. I am writing this letter in support of Jackie Lundeen for the Maine Senate seat in Presque Isle.   She does not follow party lines, she votes and represents the people that put her in Augusta. I watched Jackie in the House of Representatives and I know how hard she worked for her district. Jackie has the knowledge to know what is going on, and she has been an advocate for her small schools unlike her primary opponent Jeremy Fischer. One size does not fit all, between the Governor’s consolidation plan for schools, his wanting to take over the prisons in Maine, one has to wonder which party line the Governor is on.
    Party leaders do not get to pick the next Senator from your district, Jackie was offered a job by two top-ranking Democrats. Jackie is not for sale, and that is why she is the only candidate for the Senate seat.
