Revitalization is topic

    Local residents are being urged by city officials to attend a public forum tonight on the downtown revitalization effort. The forum will be held at Caribou High School’s cafeteria at 6:30 p.m.    Facilitators, contracted by the city, will offer a presentation on possible changes that could be made to the downtown, or Sweden Street, area, as well as the business area on Bennett Drive. Those attending the session then will separate into groups for discussion on specific topics related to the revitalization.
    Ideas generated during Wednesday’s session will be collected into a report form for another public session early next year, according to officials.
