    PRESQUE ISLE – The following cases were administered at the Presque Isle District Court in October 2007.
    Robert C. Ahlquist, Jr., 49, Scarborough: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
    Andrew Albert, Jr., 19, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $100 fine.     Carl W. Allen, 53, Presque Isle: allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.
    Stephen J. Ashford, 27, Presque Isle: operating unregistered ATV, fined $100 fine.
    Bailey’s, Littleton: rule violation – inadequate suspension,  $100 fine.
    Jaime Baker, 24, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Robert Bowring, 24, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, 10 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, 10 days in jail; and two counts of criminal mischief, first 10 days in jail and restitution $456.86, second 10 days in jail and restitution $619.69.
    William D. Buckley, 23, Presque Isle: unlawful use of license, $250 fine.
    Diana M. Cameron, 45, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer,  $250 fine.
    Patrick J. Caparotta, Jr., 19, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana,  $350 fine.
    Jacob R. Chambers, 22, Fort Fairfield: assault, filed without cost.
    Richard A. Chasse, 46, Ashland: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and license suspended 90 days.
    Donald A. Clark, 75, St. John: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and license suspended 90 days.
    Joshua R. Clayton, 22, Mapleton: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; possession of marijuana, $550 fine.
    Patty Conroy, 35, Washburn: operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine and 50 hours community service.
    Michael D. Cowett, 50, Presque Isle: five counts of failing to collect tax and failing to pay tax or file return, first charge seven days in jail and 100 hours community service, second charge seven days in jail and restitution $44,148, third charge seven days in jail, fourth charge seven days in jail, fifth charge seven days in jail, sixth charge seven days in jail.
    Robert L. Crafts, 47, Oakland: operating under the influence, $500 fine and license suspended 90 days; and operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
    Dustin G. Cullins, 20, Monticello: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
    Kelcee D. Curry, 19, Caribou: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
