    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook Superior Court in Caribou during the month of September 2007.
    Philip C. Adams, 31, Limestone; burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; criminal mischief, 10 days in jail with $1,465 restitution; operating under the influence, fined $500 and 90-day license suspension; and three counts violating condition of release, 10 days in jail on two counts, third count dismissed.     David W. Anderson, 35, Caribou; assault and criminal threatening, both charges dismissed
    Ricky R. Bagley, 48, Presque Isle; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, fine $500, restitution $6,500 and 100 hours community service.
    Edward A. Barnes, 26, Presque Isle; criminal trespass, fined $600 and eight day in jail; and criminal mischief, eight days in jail and restitution $1,240.
    Keith Beauchamp, 32, Caribou; burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, both charges dismissed
    Anthony T. Beck, 28, Caribou; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, fined $400 and five days in jail; and criminal trespass, five days in jail.
    Daniel J. Bernaiche, 34, Easton; probation violation, nine months and one day in jail and probation revoked; operating after habitual offender revocation (two prior), $1,000 fine and nine months and one day in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; theft of services, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized use of property, 60 days in jail and restitution $1,098.
    Roger D. Blackwell, 50, Limestone; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $1000 fine and two years and seven months in prison.
    Michelle L. Bowring, 23, Castle Hill; criminal mischief, 10 days in jail; reckless conduct, 10 days in jail; and driving to endanger, fined $1,000 fine and 180-day license suspension.
    Mark J. Burson, 47, Limestone; operating after habitual offender revocation (prior), fined $1,000 and 10 months in prison; and operating under the influence (three-plus priors), $2,100 fine, 42 months in prison, all but 10 months suspended, probation two years, and license suspended six years.
    Ryan D. Butler, 33, Fort Fairfield; OUI (one prior), $700 fine, seven days in jail, 18-month license suspension and 100 hours community service.
    Felicia Carney, 46, Ashland; burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; and theft by receiving stolen property, fined $300.
    Thor Matthew Cocheran, 30, Easton; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,500 fine, 48 days in jail and 100 hours community service.
    Kurt D. Condon, 21, Presque Isle; probation violation, one year in prison and probation partially revoked.
    Paul Cote, 83, Van Buren; operating while license suspended or revoked, fined $250.
    Steven C. Cray, 24, Conner Twp.; operating after habitual offender revocation (prior), dismissed.
    Roderick K. Cyr, 48, Portage; OUI, $700 fine, four days in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Heath G. Demerchant, 28, Fort Fairfield; probation violation, 36 months in prison and probation revoked; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, six months in jail; violating condition of release, six months in jail, and criminal mischief, six months in jail.
    Clair A. Doody, 22, Woodland; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, fined $500 and five days in jail; assault, fined $400 and five days in jail; assault, fined $500 and six months in jail, all but 10 days suspended; and violating condition of release, dismissed.
    Peter J. Dubay, 34, Caribou; three counts of assault, fined $300 and 20 days in jail on first count and other counts dismissed; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, dismissed.
    Shayne W. Ellis, 26, Limestone; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, fined $1,500, three years in prison, all but 60 days suspended, probation two years and restitution $30; terrorizing, fined $500 and 30 days in jail; and violating conditions of release, fined $250.
    Ronnie L. Espling, 34, Mapleton; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
    Lee F. Farmer, 40, Van Buren; aggravated assault, two years in prison, all suspended and one year probation.
    Gaylon C. Grant, 63, Presque Isle; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.
    Andrew J. Grivois, 23, Mars Hill; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drug, fined $1,000 and four years in prison, all but three months suspended and probation three years; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, three months in jail.
    Bruce A. Haycock Jr., 28, Van Buren; illegal possession of crossbow, four years in prison, all but six months suspended and six months probation; and theft by receiving stolen property, six months in jail.
    Darren P. Higgins, 21, Presque Isle; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, fined $500 and 100 hours community service.
    James J. Jolly Sr., 57, Caribou; unlawful sexual contact, three years in prison.

    David S. Kotsikoros, 24, Presque Isle; operating after habitual offender revocation (prior), fined $1,000 and six months in prison; operating after habitual offender revocation (prior), 18 months in prison, all but six months suspended, one year probation and $50 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in prison; and violating condition of release, 15 days in prison.
    Kelly J. Larson, 25, Limestone; burglary, 48 months in prison; and stealing drugs, fined $400 and 36 months in prison.

    Christopher Saunders, 19, Caribou; criminal trespass, 120 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 120 days in jail; burglary, five years in prison, all but 120 suspended, two years probation and $360 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 120 days in jail; burglary of a motor vehicle. 120 days in jail and $360 restitution; and stealing drugs, dismissed.
    Rodney D. Saunders, 27, Limestone; aggravated criminal trespass, 12 months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and restitution $535.39; assault, fined $500 and 30 days in jail; criminal mischief, fined $500 and 15 days in jail.
    Justice A. Spell, 21, Bridgewater; operate after habitual offender revocation, prior, fined $1,000, all suspended and six months in jail.

    David Turcotte, 27, Fort Fairfield; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, fined $500 and 14 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 12 days in jail.
    Edward J. Violette, 42, Van Buren; three counts operating after habitual offender revocation – prior,  fined $1,000 on each; OUI – one prior, fined $700, seven days in jail,  18-month license suspension; and violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
    Travis J. Webb, 29, Fort Fairfield; unlawful possessions of scheduled drug, administrative release; and operating while license suspended or revoked, fined $250.
    George White, 20, Caribou; burglary, 60 days in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail,
    Edward J. Wilson II, 39, New Sweden; probation violation, 180 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Dennis F. Winchester, 43, Fort Kent; three counts burglary, four years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, three years probation and $500 restitution on first count, 18 months in prison on each of other two counts; four counts theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 18 months in prison on first, 364 days in prison on second, six months in jail on third and xix months in jail and $150 restitution on fourth count; and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
