Members of Woodland Extension held their annual International Night on Jan. 15, at the Woodland Baptist Church with a potluck supper. Clair Hodgkins and Norma Bondeson were program leaders and gave a talk on Hawaii. Members brought several Hawaiin dishes.
After the reading of the Homemaker’s Creed, Co-President Theresa Andrews conducted the business meeting. The secretary and treasurer’s reports were given. The cash fund was collected. Cards were signed. A thank-you card was read from the recipient of the group’s Christmas basket.
The next meeting will be will be on Tuesday, Feb. 19, when members go out to lunch, then go to Caribou Pet Rescue for a tour. The guest speaker will be Norma Milton. Items will be brought by members to help with the endeavors of pet rescue.
