    PRESQUE ISLE – The following cases were heard at the Presque Isle District Court during the month of November, 2007.
    Sheri L. Johnston, 40, Fort Fairfield: entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegally, $100 fine.
    Jacob Junkins, 18, Freeport: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Ricky Kinney, 19, Fort Fairfield: terrorizing, five days in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 48 hours in jail.
    Douglas LaCombe, 40, Mapleton: negotiating a worthless instrument, $300 fine, 48 hours in jail and $60.27 restitution.
    Bradley J. Laster, 36, Mapleton: operating after suspension, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; violating condition of release, $500 fine and five days in jail; OUI, dismissed.
    Jeremy Lewis, 28, Casco: unlawful possession of wild birds, $300 fine.
    Joshua M. Lewis, 33, Casco: unlawful possession of wild birds, $300 fine.
    Matthew J. Lonsdale, 37, Prospect: violating protective order, dismissed.
    Lisa L. Lovley, 41, Castle Hill: allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.
    Shawn B. Mahan, 40, Mars Hill: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Shawn McCausland, 35, Presque Isle: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $400 fine; failing to make oral or written accident report, dismissed.
    Blair McDonald, 19, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $300 fine.
    Michael A. McGlinn, 19, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Renee K. McKenney, 36, Fort Fairfield: operating after registration suspended, $200 fine.
    Gregory McLaughlin, 18, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $300 fine.
    Edwin G. McLellan Jr., 61, Presque Isle: assault, $500 fine.
    Ian D. Mills, 26, Easton: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    William Mook, 54, Newcastle: hunting migratory game birds not certified, $100 fine.
    Tom R. Murry, 27, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
    Christopher W. Nadeau, 39, Presque Isle: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
    Jason Nadeau, 34, Vernon, Conn.: motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit, dismissed.
    Joshua H. Naples, 18, South Berwick: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Paul T. Nichols, 39, Fort Fairfield: carrying a concealed weapon, filed with $200 cost.
    Andrea Norris, 45, Wallgrass: failing to produce vehicle or return it to scene, $300 fine.
    Kevin J. O’Connor, 23, New Ipswich, N.H.: hunting migratory game birds not certified, $100 fine.
    Matthew Oakes, 20, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, $350 fine and 24 hours in jail; minor transporting liquor, 30-day license suspension.
    Crystal L. O’Connor, 19, Presque Isle:  minor transporting liquor, 30-day license suspension.
    Richard A. Orouke, 32, Castleton, Vt.: exceeding 18 hours to register deer, $300 fine.
    Zachari Pease, 18, Warren: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Thomas M. Piersiak II, 19, Brooks: possession of marijuana: $350 fine.
    Joshua Paul Rand, 20, Presque Isle: failure to pay parking ticket, dismissed.
