Brown, Hill make honorable mention list

    The Bangor Daily News listed its All-Tournament Boys Team and winners of the William C. Warner Most Valuable Player Award were: Class A, Jon McAllian of Bangor; Class B, Ryan Martin of Maranacook; Class C, Rod Tirrel of Calais and in Class D, Cameron York of Central Aroostook.
    Joining Tirrel on the Class C All-Tourney Team was teammate Sam Bell, along with Lee Academy’s Luis Medina and Devan Parker and Schenck’s Mike Lowell.
    Houlton players named as Class C Honorable Mention were Parker Brown and Ryan Hill, who are joined by Calais’ Cal Shorey, Lee’s Hakeem Rodriguez and George Stevens’ Nick Saunders.
    In Class D, York’s teammate Manny Martinez was named to the All-Tourney team, along with Woodland’s Chad James and Ben Sears and Deer Isle-Stonington’s Eben Powers.
    Honorable Mention went to Central Aroostook’s Logan McCarthy and Kasey Brewer, as well as Fort Fairfield’s Ryan Noyes and Cody Closson and Deer Isle Stonington’s Collin Ciomei.
