    Council 2524 Knights of Columbus in Presque Isle held their ninth annual Senior Citizens Banquet at their hall in Presque Isle on Wednesday, Feb. 20. More than 200 guests attended the baked ham dinner by chef Norman Johnson and his crew. Members of the Knights of Columbus set up the hall and waited on the guests. The Old Timers, a local band,  entertained while guests enjoyed their dinner. Bingo games were played after dinner. Prizes for the games were donated by several area merchants. Bob Cormier, master of ceremonies for the banquet, presented awards to the following, from left: Eldest Gentleman – Robert McHatten, Eldest Lady – Violete Frazier, Eldest Veteran – Bernard Madore and Longest Married Couple – Glenn and Pauline Legassie.
