MADAWASKA – Middle school cross country skiers again took to the race trails for a freestyle meet at Madawaska High School on March 17.

In the boys’ race, Madawaska tied with Caribou for first place with Presque Isle White following in third. Presque Isle Blue, Union 122, Ashland, Fort Fairfield and Limestone followed in team scoring.
In the girls’ race, Caribou, Union 122 and Fort Fairfield made up the top three positions. Presque Isle White, Presque Isle Blue, Madawaska, Fort Kent, Ashland and Limestone rounded out the team standings.
