Maine Army National Guard promotions
Major General John W. Libby, the Adjutant General, Maine National Guard announces the promotion to the grade and rank specified below for the following Maine Army National Guard Soldiers.
These soldiers are assigned to the 133rd Engineer Battalion. The 133rd has nine armories across the state and resembles a large construction company with the ability to build roads, airfields and buildings.
