    HOULTON – Rula E. Estabrook, 85, went to be with her Lord, March 19, 2008, in Houlton. She was born Nov. 13, 1922, in Smyrna, the daughter of George and Geneva (Leavitt) Shaw.
    She is survived by her one son-in-law, Elwood D. Hall Sr. of Oakfield; three grandchildren, E. Donald Hall Jr., David Hall and his wife, Kelly, and Sam Hall and his wife, Cheri, all of Maryland; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; sister-in-law, Georgina Estabrook of Hodgdon; special nieces, Vicki and Cathy Eastbrook; cousins, Linda Weston, Janice Green and Pam Hatfield; several other cousins; daughters, Pat and her husband, David Lavoie, and Dian and her husband, Steve Creesey; son, Rickie and his wife, Sandy Estabrook; and many close friends at Ricker Plaza and Madigan Estates. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard; and one daughter, Geneva Hall.
    Friends called 10-11 a.m. Saturday, March 22, at Bowers Funeral Home, 10 Water St., Houlton, where funeral services were held 11 a.m. with the Rev. Randall Burns officiating. Spring interment will be at Smyrna Mills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may donate to Military Street Baptist Church Building Fund, care of Bowers Funeral Home, P.O.
