Kristine and Leigh Cummings III received their licenses to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on Nov. 26.
The swearing-in ceremony was held in the Great Hall of Boston’s historic Faneuil Hall. Per tradition, each was allowed to choose who would present their license, and they chose to present each other. The Cummings received their Juris Doctorates from Boston College School of Law in May of 2007.
Kristine is the daughter of Al and Laura Povilaitis of Hatboro, Pa. Leigh is the son of Sandra and Leigh Cummings Jr., grandson of Sylvia and Leigh Cummings, and grandson of Merle and Lois Fenlason and the late Jean Fenlason, all of Houlton.
Leigh is currently practicing with Riemer and Braunstein LLP, Government Center, in Boston. Kristine is in practice with Schlesinger and Buchbinder LLP, in Newton.
