Lisa Plourde and Adam Soucy, together with their parents, are pleased to announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Guilford Plourde of Presque Isle and Sally Carde of Caribou. She is a 2001 graduate of Northern Maine Community College with a degree in drafting. She is currently employed at S.W. Collins Co. in Caribou as a kitchen and bath designer. The groom-to-be is the son of Darrell and Sandra Soucy and grandson of Pearl Soucy of Portage Lake. He is a 1995 graduate of Washington County Community College with a degree in Mechanical Trades Technology. He is presently employed with Modern Roofing and Siding Co. of Ashland.
The couple resides in Portage Lake and an August 2008 wedding is planned.
