    Joel Canales, 50, Presque Isle: negotiating a worthless instrument, $100 fine, $121.35 restitution.
    Casey D. Clayton, 20, Caribou: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, $400 fine.
    Norman Clements, 65, St. John, N.B.: operating unregistered snowmobile, filed with $50 cost.
    Shelby Cousins, 20, Woodland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed at no cost.
    John A. Desousa, 42, New Bedford, Mass.: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.
    Clair A. Doody, 22, Woodland: violating condition of release, five months in jail; theft by unauthorized use of property, five months in jail.
    Larry Drury, 76, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine, $775 restitution.
    Allan R. Emery, 34, Limestone: criminal threatening, $575 fine; driving to endanger, dismissed; cruelty to animals, dismissed.
    Sonja Engstrom, 32, Caribou: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
    Ryan P. Everett, 27, Woodland: operating snowmobile left of center, $100 fine.
    Patrick Fitgerald, 18, Portland: criminal threatening, filed at no cost.
    Jamie L. Forsman, 24, Stockholm: violating condition of release, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail; criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Eric A. Frazier, 21, Limestone: disorderly conduct, filed at $200 cost.

    Alexander K. Pelkey, 38, Caribou: OUI-no test-one prior, $1,000 fine, 12 days in jail, license suspended, 18-month registration suspension; failure to produce vehicle or return it to scene, 12 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Randy W. Pictou, 25, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, filed at no cost.
    Robert C. Poliero, 44, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, filed at $250 cost.
    Joson P. Pouliot, 31, Fairfield: operating snowmobile left of center, $100 fine.
    Daryl Raymond, 40, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Earl Rice, 62, St. John, N.B.: operating unregistered snowmobile, filed at $50 cost.
    Gregory Richards, 40, Scarborough: operating snowmobile to endanger, dismissed; operating snowmobile left of center, $200 fine.
    Edmond Rossignol, 39, Connor TWP: OUI-one prior, $900 fine, seven days in jail, 18-month license suspension.
    Daniel Roy, 57, Saco: permitting unlawful operation of snowmobile, $100 fine.
    John E. Scesny, 49, Bangor: rule violation – duty status not current, $200 fine.

    David Sweet, 43, Mataposett, Mass.: operating unregistered snowmobile, $75 fine.

    Eric R. Thibodeau, 20, Washburn: two counts of violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail each.
