    Terri Almeida, 40, Ashland: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.     Keith S. Antworth, 39, Presque Isle: terrorizing, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.
    Travis A. Bartley, 19, Houlton: minor transporting liquor, $100 fine, 30-day license suspension.
    Jamie R. Bellanceau, 30, Washburn: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed with $200 cost.
    Brandin Bouchard, 20, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, eight days in jail; violating condition of release (two counts), $250 fine (each), 48 hours in jail (first), three days in jail (second); sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Robert K. Bradstreet, 19, Mars Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine; minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Michael S. Carlton, 26, Dixfield: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
    Nicole Carney, 22, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.

    Arlene L. Cholewa, 35, Caribou: failure to pay fine or fee, $75 fine.

    Jason L. Cocheran, 30, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail.
    Todd Leo Cougle, 35, Hanwell, N.B.: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.
    Timothy J. Crateau, 43, Georgetown, Mass.: failure to stop snowmobile, filed with $200 cost; failure to operate snowmobile at prudent speed, $100 fine; operating snowmobile left of center, $100 fine.
    Anthony R. Currier, 27, Mount Vernon: violating fishing rule, $100 fine.
    Edward C. Curtis, 46, Fort Fairfield: failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.
    Brandon Cyr, 22, Madawaska: motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, $400 fine, 50 hours of community service.
