UNDER CONSTRUCTION — Crews work and traffic slows as the reconstruction of Bangor Street moves forward. Crews were hard at work on Thursday, June 19 completing a number of repairs to the state road. Residents and businesses of Houlton have been waiting a long time to see upgrades being made. The road has been the scene of a number of serious and fatal accidents in the past.
