    A benefit baked bean supper and auction were held recently for cancer patient Janice Espling, seated at left, at the Perkins Plourde Post American Legion in Stockholm.
The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 136 sponsored the event. Here, a check was presented to Espling and her husband, Clarence , by Aux. Vice President Myrna Dixon, right. In back is Tawny Plourde.
