    “We recently acquired WITS Computer Service, and are working to integrate that business from its current State Street location to our location,” Robinson said. “We want to reach out to all of WITS customers to let them know of the new location and all of the expanded products and services that we can now offer them, as well as introducing WITS to our existing customer base.”

    “We also offer 2-way radio, security, and telephone system sales and services,” said Robinson. “We’re a Motorola 2-way radio dealer. The security, closed circuit TV, and telephone systems are growing rapidly. We sell phone systems to businesses and install them. That includes voice mail, paging and other features. We want to make sure the customers know what their options are and make it easier for them to understand.”
    Robinson said offering customers a “quick response time” is key.
    “Whether it’s returning a phone call or making a service call,” he said, “we try to be very prompt and cater to their needs. Offering a diverse product line is also important. There’s usually choices that the customers have, but we don’t want them to have to consider another choice.
    “We try to stay on top of the latest technology to provide our customers with the most cost-effective solutions to communications and information technologies,” he said.
