Library grant
    Veteran's Memorial Library of Patten is happy to announce they have received a grant from The Stephen and Tabitha King Foundation of $5,000 to replace their front steps.  Work will begin this Fall.

Gospel concert
    A Gospel Music Jubilee Concert Extravaganza will take place at the Houlton Wesleyan Church on Thursday night, August 28th , at 6:30 pm.
    Featured singing groups will include the Speers from Orlando, Fl., the Puffers from Syracuse, N.Y., the Revival Men from NB, Canada., and the Darts from Napa, CA.
    Also appearing will be the local group, Common Ground. Tickets can be purchased at the door, or for advanced discounted tickets, call the Church office at 532-9056, or credit call orders, call Paula at 407-492-0911.

MEOC college workshop
