Parsons, Paul, Sr., 60, September 5, 2008.  Arrangements by Bowers Funeral Home, Houlton.  Interment to be held in the Patten Cemetery. Friends may call Weds. 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home where services will be held at 2 p.m.
    PATTEN – Paul Parsons Sr., 60, died Sept. 5, 2008, in Houlon. He was born Mar. 12, 1948, in Peabody, Mass. the son of Leonard and Irene (Sheehan) Parsons. Paul enjoyed his family spending time with his grandkids hunting and fishing and was an avid outdoorsman.
    Beside his mother of Peabody, Mass. He is survived by the love of his life, Virginia Fahey of Patten; four sons, Paul Jr. of Portland, Mark of No. Carolina, Mickey of Millinocket and Leonard of Haverhill, Mass.; one daughter, Tammy Farwell of Houlton; and several step-children, Dave, Steve, Ted, Bob, George, Michael and Sean; many grandchildren; two sisters, June Flynn and Jill Ryan both of Peabody, Mass.; several nieces and nephews; and his special friends, Ron Farwell and Robin LeBlanc. He was predeased by his father and a granddaughter Melissa McGraw.
    Friends may call 1-2 p.m. Wed. at Bowers Funeral Home, Island Falls where  services will be held 2 p.m.  with the Rev. Donnis Willigar officiating. Interment will be in the Patten Cemetery. Arrangements by Bowers Funeral Home.
