Chamber Breakfast Biz offers MODA “Energy Update”

    PRESQUE ISLE – The Presque Isle Area Chamber of Commerce is presenting an informative Breakfast Biz sponsored by Dead River Company on Tuesday, Sept. 30, from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Presque Isle Inn & Convention Center. The topic is “Energy Update” by Jamie Py, president of the Maine Oil Dealers Association.     The focus of this session includes: helping businesses and members understand the current energy environment/ trends; discussing the various methods and technologies that will help to reduce their costs;  and respond to questions/gain input. Py, president and CEO of MODA, will provide the environment/ trends part of the program, including information about alternatives, and an energy technician will provide the technology presentation. Both speakers will respond to questions from the members and businesses in attendance.
    The cost of $5 per person will be covered for the first 50 people to register by Dead River Company. Registration fee includes coffee, tea, milk/skim milk, fruit, breads, coffee cake, muffins and pastries.
