Sutherland good choice for candidate

    The future of Maine’s economy rests on ensuring that we are able to compete in a fast paced global economy. In order to meet these demands, Maine has to provide its citizens with top-notch education opportunities. Rep. Pat Sutherland knows this and has worked to increase access to higher education.
    Pat has dedicated her life to ensuring that people in Northern Maine have access to that high quality education close to home. Pat’s experience at Northern Maine Community College has shown she knows what Northern Maine workers and businesses need to get ahead.
    In her first term at the State House, Pat has worked hard to see that Maine’s Community Colleges and University System have the resources they need to train people today for the jobs of tomorrow. Whether it is a career in automotive technology, nursing or accounting, Pat Sutherland’s hard work has ensured that more of Northern Maine’s youth can pursue their dreams for the future.
    I would urge the voters of House District 7 to re-elect Rep. Pat Sutherland on November 4.
