    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook Superior Court in Caribou during the month of April, 2008:
    John H. Adams, 49, Madawaska: criminal trespass, $400 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, one year in prison-all suspended and one year probation.
    Albert I. Nicholas, 19, Madawaska: cruelty to animals, dismissed.
    William T. Barton, 48, Mars Hill: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, filed with $700 of court costs.
    Lyman R. Botting Jr., 66, Presque Isle: visual sexual aggression against a child, 30 months in jail-all but 15 days suspended and two years probation; assault, $500 fine.
    Brandon L. Boyd, 25, Mars Hill: operating under the influence (OUI), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
    Chad F. Brescia, 32, Caribou: two counts of assault, $1,000 fine and four days in jail, first and dismissed, second.
    Michael R. Brown, 31, Mars Hill: three counts of assault, $500 fine and 364 days (first two) and dismissed (third); two counts of terrorizing, 364 days in jail (first) and dismissed (second); operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, $500 fine and six months in jail; violating condition of release, six months in jail; kidnapping, 12 years in prison-all but five years suspended and five years probation; criminal threatening w/dangerous weapon, five years in prison; theft by unauthorized use of property, 364 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, $500 fine and six months in jail; gross sexual assault, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, dismissed.
    Mark J. Burson, 48, Limestone: probation violation, 32 months jail, probation revoked; OUI no test-three+ prior, $2,500 fine, 36 months prison, six-year license suspension and registration suspension; aggravated operating after revocation – priors, $1,000 fine and 36-months prison.
    Derrick M. Camp, 27, Ashland: tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed.
    Ryan S. Chapman, 31, Presque Isle: burglary of a motor vehicle, $1,000 fine; aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed.
    Kurt R. Chasse, 21, Van Buren: failure to stop ATV, $1,000 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, $600 fine.
    Scott A. Churchill, 25, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed with $250 court costs; violating condition of release, 48 hours jail.
    April M. Clapper, 28, Fort Fairfield: allowing a minor to possess liquor, withdrawn.
    Eric A. Corriveau, 28, Caribou: assault, dismissed; criminal trespass, $500 fine.
    Kimberly R. Cullinan, 40, Caribou: assault, dismissed; violating condition of release, 10 days jail – all suspended.     
    Brian J. Cyr, 27, Caribou: burglary, dismissed.     
    Christopher R. Cyr, 30, Presque Isle, stealing drugs, dismissed.
    Keith R. Cyr, 37, Van Buren: OUI, dismissed; operating ATV over age 21 and .08 percent, $400 fine.
    Scott W. Dastoli, 29, Petersburg, N.Y.: OUI, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.
    Cale J. Dayton, 23, Middlesex, Vt.: gross sexual assault, eight years jail, all but 18 months suspended, four years probation; unlawful sexual contact, one year jail.     
    Brad W. Drost, 22, Bridgewater: OUI, dismissed; operating ATV over age 21 and .08 percent, $500 fine 48 hours jail.
    Joshua J. Easler, 19, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine, $12.99 restitution.
    Larry A. Easler, 31, Washburn: two counts theft by unauthorized taking or transfer – priors, two years jail for each count; stealing drugs, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.
    Alan C. Ferris, 46, Fort Fairfield: assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine; violating condition of release, dismissed.
    Thomas J. Gagnon Jr., 20, Mapleton: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; violating condition of release, $300 fine.
    Neil C. Gahagan, 25, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine and six months jail; stealing drugs, $400 fine and six months jail; burglary, six months jail.
    Cinderella Garvey, 44, Presque Isle: arson, eight years jail, all but 312 days suspended, four years probation; criminal attempt, dismissed, two counts of assault, $300 fine, six months jail for each count.
    Alexander L. Golden, 31, Cleveland, Mich.: OUI, $1,000 fine and 30-day license suspension; driving to endanger, filed with $300 court costs.
    Bruce Gustafson Jr., 29, Caribou: probation violation, two years prison, probation revoked.
    Edward S. Heath Jr., 47, Bridgewater: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed; loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, dismissed.
    Jeremy King, 27, Mapleton: burglary, dismissed.
    Brandon D. Levasseur, 22, Fort Fairfield: OUI, $1,000 fine, 90-day license suspension, 100-hour community service.
    Arlene Levesque, 50, Van Buren: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, filed with no costs.
    Frances D. Levesque, 55, Topsham: two counts of assault, both dismissed.
    Gregory A. Libby, 31, Ashland: probation violation, 30 days jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Daniel N. Martin, 63, Van Buren: assault, filed with $300 court costs.
    Timothy A. McGraw, 43, Connor Twp.: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, 18 months prison, all but six months suspended, one-year probation; OUI – two priors, $1,100 fine, six months jail, four-year license suspension, registration suspension.
    Anthony Moore, 40, Caribou: illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, $500 fine.
    Matthew J. Oakes, 21, Fort Fairfield: OUI, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.
    Joshua L. O’Clair, 24, Fort Kent: OUI – one prior, $700 fine, seven days jail, 18-month license suspension, registration suspension; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit, $400 fine and 60-day license suspension.
    Jason J. Ouellette, 29, St. John: negotiating a worthless instrument, $100 fine.
    Sean J. Ouellette, 36, Caribou: probation violation, 44 months prison, probation revoked; stealing drugs, 48 months jail, $805 restitution, theft by deception, six months prison.
    Wayne A. Ouellette, 46, Van Buren: protective order from harassment violation, $200 fine.
    Michael A. Paddleford, 31, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
    Joshua A. Parks, 20, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $750 fine.
    Jason A. Parlin, 29, Presque Isle: failure to stop, remain and provide information, $600 fine, license suspended 30 days.
    Russell Pelkey, 55, Easton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, seven years jail, all but two suspended, two years probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,000 fine, 18 months jail; criminal forfeiture of property, forfeited.
    Ronald A. Plante, 56, Portage: assault, dismissed, disorderly conduct, fined $300.
    Derick Plourde, 21, Fort Kent: criminal mischief, dismissed.
    Justin A. Plourde, 22, Presque Isle: OUI, $700 fine, 90-day license suspension, 75 hours community service.
    Susan L. Rabe, 39, Grand Isle: assault, dismissed.
    Rachel L. Salisbury, 20, Caribou: driving to endanger, dismissed; violating condition of release, $500 fine, 48 hours jail; OUI, $500 fine and 48 hours jail and 90-day license suspension; failing to make oral or written accident report, dismissed.
    William Sanderson, 21, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, dismissed.
    Bonnie L. Sarmiento, 48, Woodland: theft by unauthorized use of property – priors, 30 days jail; negotiating a worthless instrument, 30 days jail; theft by deception – priors, 30 days jail; violating condition of release, 30 days jail.
    James E. Schillinger, 36, Presque Isle: OUI, $1,000 fine, 30 days jail, 18-month license and registration suspension; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 10 days jail, 30-day license suspension; operating vehicle without a license or conditional with restrictions, 10 days jail.
    Steven V. Simard, 23, Washburn: theft by deception, 15 months jail, all but 45 days suspended, two years probation, $6,888 restitution.
    Jeffrey Sock, 28, Fort Fairfield: assault, filed with $300 court costs.
    Terry E. Sperrey, 46, Washburn: assault, $300 fine.
    Joseph Sperry, 43, Caribou: OUI, dismissed; disorderly conduct, loud noise in a private place, dismissed; operating ATV under influence over 21 and .08 percent, $400 fine.
    Melissa Ann St. Peter, 26, Limestone: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.
    Craig L. Stevens, 39, Mapleton: assault, filed with $100 court costs; criminal trespass, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    David L. Sullivan, 47, Caribou: burglary, dismissed.
    Joey Tardif, 40, Blaine: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, six months jail.
    Pamela L. Thibodeau, 27, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 20 days jail, all suspended, 40 hours community service.
    Jason I. Tinkham, 34, Presque Isle: two counts criminal mischief, dismissed (first), $400 fine (second).
    Leticia A. Tracy, 20, Caribou: burglary, four months jail, $350 resitution; theft by unauthorized taking or tranfer, 15 days jail, burglary, four months jail, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 15 days jail.     
    Lindsey Rae Turner, 26, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of oxycodone; $600 fine, two years jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, 50 hours community service.
    Lance A. Vangel, 45, Mars Hill: assault, $500 fine, disorderly conduct, dismissed.
    Chad B. Walton, 26, Presque Isle: two counts violating a protection order, fist, dismissed, second, four days jail.
    Amanda L. Wilcox, 27, Caribou: probation violation, four months jail, probation partially revoked.
    Robert L. Wright, 43, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct – loud, unreasonable noise, dismissed; harassment by telephone, dismissed; misuse of E-9-1-1 system, $800 fine.
    Thomas W. York, 27, Mapleton: reckless conduct, dismissed.
