The third annual Mad Lake Plod, Paddle and Peddle Triathlon was held Sunday, Sept. 14, and the winners of the event were as follows:

In the Ironman Roadbike Division for men, which included back-to-back 4.4-mile runs, 13-miles of biking and 3.5 miles of paddling, Jeff Dubis of Fort Kent was first in 1 hour, 55 minutes and 50 seconds. Brent Jepson of Woodland was second in 1:56.08, followed by Joey Bard of Woodland (2:01.52), Carl Soderberg of Caribou (2:05.35) and Taylor Jepson of Woodland (2:16.53).
Fort Kent’s Sherry Dubis was the lone competitor in the women’s division, finishing the course in 2:22.30.
In the Ironman Mountain Bike Division, featuring back-to-back 4.4-mile runs, 11-miles of bking and 3.5 miles of paddling, Thomas Beckum of Caribou won in 1:46.45. He bested Tom Towle of Fort Fairfield (1:56.17) and Tom Campbell of Stockholm (2:09.15).
The Team Roadbike Division was captured by Kale Poland of Turner, Von Perry of Easton and Mike Smith of Presque Isle. The trio finished in 1:47.56.
