    Jonathan D. Bassett, 31, Westbrook: fishing without license, $100 fine.
    Jeremy W. Boutilier, 18, Oakfield: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
    Matthew A. Bubar, 22, Houlton: theft by receiving stolen property, $200 fine.
    Lawrence W. Carr, 33, Island Falls: fugitive from justice, dismissed.
    Kevin W. Carton, 23, New Limerick: operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.
    Keith A. Chubbuck, 32, Kingman: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
    Bryan Clark, 20, Houlton: operating under the influence (OUI), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Jennifer G. Clark, 41, Linneus: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
    William G. Cole, 26, Bridgewater: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.
    Matthew J. Collett, 20, Houlton: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $100 fine.
    Jacqueline R. Conrad, 32, Woodstock, N.B.: theft by deception, $200 fine and $38 restitution.
    John A. Corneil, 45, Merrill: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail; failing to stop for officer, $250 fine.
    Robert T. Cottle, 28, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
    Daniel P. Delucca, 36, Houlton: operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.
    Briady R. Dow, 18, Houlton: minor consuming liquor, 20 hours community service.
    Ricky A. Drake, 50, Caribou: violating protective order, filed at no cost.
    Gerald Drew, 53, Bridgewater: rule violation – defective low air warning device, $100 fine.
    Ferry Ester, 30, Perth Andover, N.B.: operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.
    Joshua Fitzpatrick, 24, Houlton: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Robert Fogg, 48, Winn: failing to extinguish fire, filed at no cost.
    Alan M. Gillotti Jr., 22, Smyrna Mills: criminal mischief, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    William Gonzalez, 36, Littleton: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Barry A. Goodall, 24, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, $500 fine and 50 hours community service; violating condition of release, dismissed; attaching false plates, dismissed.
    Caleb J. Gray, 20, Houlton: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Kimberly M. Greenier, 22, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine, seven days in jail, $793.88 restitution and 50 hours community service.
    Joseph J. Hardy, 21, Houlton: violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
    Russell C. Henderson, 41, Houlton: permitting operation of watercraft by another, $100 fine.
    Jarrod J. Howe, 23, Houlton: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $100 fine.
