    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard in Caribou District Court during the month of November, 2008.
    Kyle S. Anderson, 22, New Sweden: operating ATV on public way, $200 fine.     Tyler D. Anderson, 26, New Sweden: operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.
    Carmen I. Bourgoine, 44, Caribou: operating under the influence (OUI), $500 fine.
    Ryan Cloney, 21, Caribou: harassment by telephone, filed at no cost.
    Sean M. Cloney, 18, Limestone: driving to endanger, filed on $150 court costs.
    Michael J. Cooper, 20, Fort Fairfield: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail; attaching false plates, $200 fine.
    Larry D. Drost Jr., 19, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed at no cost.
    Sonja Engstrom, 33, Caribou: criminal mischief, 48 hours in jail.
    Roger A. Grendell, 43, Blaine: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.
    Joshua Griffin, 25, Woodland: OUI, $500 fine and 90 days in jail; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Kassi M. Hampson, 18, Limestone: minor possessing liquor, filed at no cost.
    Jessica M. Hartley, 26, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Randy J. Hodsdon, 41, Caribou: ATV OUI, $600 fine.
    Catherine Johnson, 45, Woodland: obstructing report of crime, six months in jail with all suspended; criminal mischief, $200 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
    Daniel P. Libby, 49, Washburn: OUI, $500 fine.
    Ashley L. Lopez, 19, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $302 restitution; violating condition of release, $250 fine.
    Rebecca L. Lozoway, 38, Caribou: domestic violence assault, filed at $150 court cost.
    James A. McGraw, 27, Limestone: harassment, filed at no cost.
    Troy E. McLean, 34, Limestone: unlawful cutting of trees by another, $150 fine.
    Lance G. Michaud, 34, Caribou: violating condition of release, $400 fine.
    Kally J. Monti, 30, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $150 fine.
    Oleka Obar, 28, Caribou: operating after registration suspended, $200 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
    Bryan R. Ouellette, 18, Caribou: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Alexander K. Pelkey, 39, Caribou: criminal mischief, $300 fine.
    Chaz M. Philbrick, 19, Lamoine: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
    Katie Lynn Ramus, 21, Woodland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
    Dina Mae Rogers, 51, Easton: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $125 court costs.
    Karon N. Rossignol, 37, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed at no cost.
    Leonard J. Sabatis, 32, Washburn: burning without permit, $50 fine.
    Terry Saunders, 38, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $400 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.
    Edward C. Spence II, 23, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Jason Stiller, 32, Caribou: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, nine months in jail with all but 40 days suspended and two years’ probation; assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
    Misty R. Story, 25, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $39 restitution; violating condition of release, $250 fine.
    Cyrus E. Taggett, 50, Limestone: operating after registration suspended, filed on $50 court costs.
    Stephen E. Tarbox, 41, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $600 fine and two days in jail.
    Eric R. Thibodeau, 20, Washburn: violating condition of release, $200 fine and 24 hours in jail.
    Andrew S. Webb, 35, Presque Isle: driving to endanger, $575 fine.
