Mr. and Mrs. Donald Loggans of Caribou celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary January 4. The couple was joined by friends and family at a surprise party given by their seven children, 22 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
The Loggans children are: daughter Betty and her husband Steve Hendrickson of Limestone; daughter Kathy and her husband Mark Damboise of Connor; daughter Lori and her husband Al Hemphill of Caribou; son Donald Loggans of Caribou; son Daniel and his wife Lori of Connor; daughter Victoria and her husband Jeffrey Van Trump of Ellsworth and daughter Wendy and her husband Greg Van Trump of California.
