    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Caribou District Court for the month of January, 2009.
    Bobby L. Begin, 24, Limestone: criminal trespassing, $300 fine.
    Daniel Bernier, 58, Limestone: operating under the influence (two counts), $700 fine, 10 days in jail and 18-day license suspension (first), and dismissed (second); violating condition of release, dismissed.     Randy L. Bouchard, 46, South Thomaston: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.
    Ashlee L. Brown, 21, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine.
    Preston E. Brown, 24, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked, $300 fine.
    Arthur Leroy Butler Jr., 40, Caribou: violating condition of release, withdrawn.
    David Chasse, 63, Washburn: rule violation, $125 fine.
    Gregory A. Corriveau, 41, Caribou: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
    Ross Dewitt, 24, Monticello: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
    John C. Dickey, 38, Limestone: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, filed without cost.
    Kyle Gray, 45, Penobscot: snowmobile rule violation, $100 fine.
    Summa R. Gustafson, 41, New Sweden: dog chasing moose, deer or wild turkey, filed with $75 costs.
    Adam J. Henderson, 25, Presque Isle: OUI–1 prior, $700 fine, nine days in jail, and 3-year license and registration suspension.
    Taryl J. Honeycutt, 27, Monticello: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; permitting unlawful use, $150 fine.
    Philip E. Howard Jr., 22, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine and three days in jail; violating condition of release, dismissed.
    Nancy E. Hudak, 54, New Sweden: dog chasing moose, deer or wild turkey, filed with $75 costs.
    Nathan M. Jones, 20, Limestone: criminal mischief, filed without costs.
    Sarah Laperrierre, 21, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and $500 restitution.
    Shawn McDougall, 38, Caribou: obstructing report of crime, $500 fine and criminal mischief, $250 fine.
    Brandon J. Mills, 20, Caribou: endangering the welfare of a child, 48 hours in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail.
    Tyler J. Mullins, 18, Granby, Conn.: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.
    Rebecca Nersessian, 22, Mars Hill: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 20 days in jail; criminal mischief, 10 days in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures, 48 hours in jail; and violating condition of release, five days in jail.
    Carl Novak, North Granby, Conn.: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.
    Oleka M. Obar, 29, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine; and violating condition of release, $250 fine and $250 suspension.
    Robert J. Ottaviano, 40, OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Edward K. Peckham, 47, Limestone: OUI–no test–1 prior (two counts), $900 fine, 50 days in jail and 3-year license suspension (first), and $600 fine, 50 days in jail and 3-year license suspension (second); operating while license suspended or revoked (three counts), $500 fine (first), $500 fine, 30 days in jail and 1-year license suspension (second and third); and violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in jail (each).
    Atanas Razhev, 28, Greenville, S.C.: rule violation–operating after disqualified, $150 fine.
    Joshua L. St. Peter, 28, Caribou: disorderly conduct, $600 fine.
    Robert A. Suire, 27, Caribou: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
    Brett Thibodeau, 19, Bangor: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Eric R. Thibodeau, 20, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and $500 restitution; and violating condition of release (two counts), $250 (first) and 48 hours in jail (second).
    Mark Thibodeau, 39, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
    Norman M. Thibodeau, 40, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
    Brittany R. Thompson, 19, Caribou: minor transporting liquor, filed without costs.
    Brenda Wilkins, 22, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 30 days in jail (each); violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; and criminal trespass, 30 days in jail.
