    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the months of October and November, 2008.
    Patrick R. Cochran, 20, Connor Twp: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, nine months in jail, all but 40 days suspended, one year probation and $7,500 restitution; operating under the influence, $500 fine, 40 days in jail and 90-day license suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine and 40 days in jail.     Michael R. Dumond, 43, Madawaska: criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail (each).
    Nicholas T. Ellis, 19, Mapleton: domestic violence assault, filed on $200 costs.
    Shayne W. Ellis, 27, Bangor: probation violation, eight days in jail, probation partially revoked and violation continued.
    David C. Harmon, 29, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation-2 prior, $1,000 fine and 10 months in prison; burglary, seven years in prison, all but 48 months suspended, two years’ probation and $1,455 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors (seven counts), two years in prison (each), $200 restitution (second), $45 restitution (third), $100 restitution (fourth and fifth), $10 restitution (sixth) and $1,000 restitution (seventh); burglary of a motor vehicle (five counts), two years in prison (first) and 10 months in prison (second, third, fourth and fifth); criminal mischief, 10 months in prison; and violating condition of release, six month in prison.
    Karen A. Michaud, 58, Van Buren: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; and violating condition of release, dismissed.
    Gregory R. Palm, 27, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; and operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, $1,000 fine.
    Matthew R. Perreault, 27, Caribou: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Alton Robbins, 21, Orono: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $200 costs.
    Matthew R. Sands, 26, Caribou: probation violation, 42 months in prison and probation revoked; and domestic violence assault, $300 fine and 364 days in jail.
    Dylan P. Tompkins, 20, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine and 30 days in jail (each); and unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, 14 months in prison, all but 50 days suspended and one year probation.
    Edward A. Wetherell, 36, Portage: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Jerry Banks, 31, Presque Isle: gross sexual assault, 20 years in prison, all but 10 years suspended and 10 years’ probation; and assault, dismissed.
    Robin L. Bartlett, 41, Presque Isle: operating under the influence-1 prior, dismissed.
    Richard L. Currier, 67, Mapleton: unlawful sexual assault, dismissed.
    Carol G. Dube, 59, St. Leonard, N.B.: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drug, dismissed.
    Jason J. Durand, 36, Ashland: assault, $500 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, filed without costs.
    Sonja Engstrom, 34, Caribou: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Jason R. Frost, 25, Portland: assault (two counts), both dismissed; disorderly conduct (two counts), $500 fine (each); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine; and violating condition of release, $500 fine.
    Martial Goyette, 75, Frenchville: OUI-no test, $600 fine, 96 hours in jail and 365-day license suspension.
    Dawn Guzman, 40, Limestone: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drug, $400 fine, six years in prison, all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation and 75 hours’ community service.
    Christopher M. Haines, 23, Fort Fairfield: burglary, $500 fine, three years in prison all suspended, two years’ probation, $350 restitution and 100 hours’ community service.
    Scott G. Hale, 40, Fort Kent: probation violation, probation continued and no sentence imposed.
    Tasha L. Hill, 30, Presque Isle: OUI, $700 fine, three days in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Michael A. Libby, 39, Limestone: probation violation, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Joseph O. McDougal Jr., 23, Presque Isle: probation violation, 25 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
    Christopher F. Mills, 34, Easton: probation violation, 20 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued; and violating protective order, 10 days in jail.
    David P. Ouellette, 51, Fort Kent: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Jason M. Ouellette, 24, Caribou: OUI-1 prior (two counts), no test (first), $700 fine and 18-month license suspension (each), six months in jail, all but 14 days suspended and one year probation (first), and 14 days in jail (second).
    Jessica L. Parsons, 26, Ashland: probation violation, 14 days in jail and probation revoked.
    Scott M. Pelkey, 26, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail and $4,773 restitution.
    Angelina C. Quirion, 26, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, filed without cost.
    Patrick W. Rodgerson, 27, Milford, NH: theft by receiving stolen property, $200 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine.
    Ben A. Roy, 30, Van Buren: OUI-1 prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, and 18-month license and registration suspension.
    Trevor M. Tompkins, 21, Ashland: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 90 days in jail, all but 21 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Edward J. Wilson II, 40, New Sweden: criminal forfeiture of property, dismissed.
    Lucas Wynn, 22, Chapman: possession or transfer of burglar’s tools, no bill.
