Patten senior citizens met at Meadowbrook Manor on April 7, with 12 member and four guests present.
The Lord’s Prayer was recited in unison before the Easter dinner was served.
After the potluck meal, the business meeting was opened by President Jackie Palmer, who also led the flag salute.
Secretary and treasurer reports were read and accepted.
Cards were signed and sent to Nancy Dauphinee, Annie Somers and Georgiana Corriveau.
Maxine Brackett gave a reading entitled “Easter Gifts”.
Gini Garret, RSVP coordinator, spoke on the DTV transition. She also talked about the annual Recognition Banquet, which will be held in Houlton on May 21.
Hostesses were Rubenia Botting and Jean Tarr, who will also be hostesses for the April 21st meeting. The Game will be played.
