Charles King, 20, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release, $500 fine (each).
Kyla J. Legassie, 36, Easton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Ernest R. Lovely, 66, Presque Isle: failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Clarence MacPherson, 28, Presque Isle: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.
Christopher Madore, 20, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail; and operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.
Kevin A. Makepeace, 28, Caribou: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Frank Marcello, 40, Unionville, Conn.: dog chasing moose, deer or wild turkey, filed without costs.
Kerry Masse, 34, Caribou: possession of marijuana, dismissed.
Abigail R. McCausland, 20, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
Willie E. McGirt, 48, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Michael A. McGlinn, 21, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
Brent L. McKeen, 53, Mars Hill: disposing of lighted material, $100 fine.
Mary P. McKimm, 52, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Carl McNally, 43, Ashland: false public alarm or report (two counts), filed without costs (both).
Danielle A. McQuarrie, 28, Madawaska: operating while license suspended or revoked-prior and violating condition of release, both dismissed.
Reno Metzger, 36, Ironwood, Mich.: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended.
Jean Louis Michaud II, 30, Limestone: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Robert R. Millard, 71, Fort Fairfield: OUI, dismissed.
Caprice M. Miller, 43, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $200 costs.
Christopher F. Mills, 35, Easton: violating condition of release (four counts), 40 days in jail (first three) and six months in jail (fourth); violating protective order (two counts) and domestic violence stalking, 40 days in jail (each).
Harold H. Morrissette, 45, Londonderry, N.H.: operating snowmobile left of center, $100 fine.
Lorie Paddleford, 31, Fort Fairfield: keeping dangerous dog, $250 fine and $277.45 restitution.
